Daytona Tool and Die Co is comprised of 2600 square feet of manufacturing space.  We carry top of the line equipment to maintain the best quality in all our projects.  We keep on hand a selection of aluminum,cstainless steel, tool steel, brass and bronze in round and flat bar to better serve you.  We are skilled in our trade and are capable of operating on two shifts to meet production schedules. 

Our shop is equipted with the following manufacturing machines: 

  • 1- Mazak QT20 CNC turning center
  • 3- Bridgeport Milling Machines with digital readouts for positioning accuracy
  • 1- 17"x 80" bed engine lathe with taper attachment
  • 1- 15"x 36" bed engine lathe
  • 2- 13"x 24" bed engine lathe
As well as various 3 jaw and 4 jaw chucks and collet attachments:
  • 1- Doall Band Saw w/ 16" capacity
  • 1- 6"x12" automatic surface grinder
  • 1- L-Tec High Frequency 250 Heliarc Welder
  • 1- Lincoln Electric Precision Tig 275
  • 1- Lincoln Electric Pro Cut 55 Plasma Torch
  • 1- Miller Mig Welder
  • 2- 500lb chain hoists
  • 1- 20 ton hydraulic arbor press
  • 2- Drill presses
  • 2- 6"x48" belt sanders
  • 1- 24"x18" granite surface plate
We also carry 0 to 12 micrometers, test indicators, dial indicators, height gauges, and various inspection gauges for quality control.
